Why turn screenshots into a PDF?
Screenshots pile up fast — payment receipts, chat proofs, error messages, class notes. A single A4 PDF is easier to print, share, and submit than a folder full of loose images. Each screenshot gets its own neat page, so nothing looks cramped or cut off.
Step-by-step
- Upload your screenshots. Open the Screenshot to A4 PDF tool and add your images. JPG, PNG, and WebP files all work, and you can add several at once.
- Arrange the order. Drag the images into the order you want them to appear, and remove any you do not need.
- Pick an orientation. Choose A4 Portrait for tall screenshots like chats and documents, or A4 Landscape for wide ones like dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Set margins and fitting. Adjust the page margin, then choose “Fit inside page” to keep the whole screenshot visible, or “Fill page” to cover the full page.
- Generate and download. Give the file a name, click Generate, and save your A4 PDF.
Tips for a clean result
- Use Portrait for phone screenshots and Landscape for computer screens.
- “Fit inside page” is the safest choice when the screenshot contains small text.
- One screenshot per page keeps text readable when printed.
- Your images are processed in your browser and never uploaded to a server, so private screenshots stay private.
